White Builder has completed many projects at our home, including a kitchen renovation, bathroom remodel, installation of a new fireplace with custom (gorgeous) bookshelves, and opening various walls. This work has added functionality, value and beauty to our home. Not only are they detail-oriented and highly skilled, but also good thought partners when designing and making decisions. Francis and his crew prepared an undeveloped piece of land prior to the delivery of our modular home, as well as coordinating the installation with the modular home builder. Watching our new home sections being lifted into place by a massive crane was a sight to behold. A lot of prep work was done prior to this, and we were impressed with the organization required to get things done, while keeping in contact with us about each phase of the project.  The work continued after installation, as Francis' many years in the industry proved a great benefit to us. We made several changes to the finish work based on his recommendations, which have made our home more useable. The craftmanship and attention to detail was appreciated. When an issue arose, Francis identified it, relayed the problem and suggested solutions. We have plans for additional projects with Francis X. White Builder and look forward to working with them again.

Francis X. White Builder completed our extensive whole house renovation/addition project with creativity, attention to detail, dependability and craftsmanship. We've been working with Francis X. White Builder since 2007 on many projects including roof replacement, master suite renovation with master bath remodeling, family room renovation with custom cabinetry and audio visual equipment integration, complete renovation of a sunroom including fireplace brick and stone work, basement finishing with a new fireplace, flooring, wall fieldstone and bathroom, construction of a man-cave, and installation of a very high-capacity backup power generator. Francis X. White Builder worked with us to renovate our 1950's colonial home, adding almost 2,000 square feet of new space and updating much of the existing home. From the start of the process, Fran and his team were wonderful in turning our vision into reality. Fran and Dennis both provided clear and valuable insight into every element of the project, allowing us to not only get what we wanted, but to do so in a well-thought-out manner. Over the course of the 8+ month project, there were other team members who participated in the work - each as kind and trustworthy as Fran and Dennis, and all a welcome part of our home and family as they worked.
